Payment
We accept PayPal and bank transfer. Please make the payment within 7 days of the listing finishing and use the item number as reference number. If your payment hasn´t been cleared after seven days, you will receive a friendly reminder email. The item will be relisted if your payment hasn´t been received after 14 days of the listing finishing.
Lay-by
We offer lay-by for all the products. A 25% deposit is required within 7 days after the listing finishes, the rest must be paid within 60 days. We will send the goods after the full payment has been received. If you should fail to deposit the full amount within 60 days, the deposit will expire and the item will be relisted.
Combined Postage
We are always happy to combine postage at no extra charge. All items will be gift boxed or bubble wrapped for protection and sent by New Zealand Post.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is protected under the New Zealand Privacy Act. Under no circumstances will we sell, rent or give private information including name, address, or email to third parties unless legally required to do so.

Returns & Refunds
All your purchases are protected by the Consumers Guarantees Act and the Fair Trading Act. If you are not satisfied with your item please contact us ASAP and we will happily refund your money minus shipping charges. You must contact us so that we can authorize any return and the item must be returned within seven days after having received the parcel.
